Tracking your results… A Promo Code (ie: ABC-1234-5-STL) is printed on each piece we mail. This Code represents your Dealer Code (3 characters) followed by your job specific Order Number and Drop Number (4 characters) followed by the main Metropolitan Statistical Area (3 characters). If you have four drops in a mailing the the number would be -1 for drop one, -2 for drop 2 and so on. You must have the infrastructure to collect the raw data and reporting functions to analyze your findings. We suggest creating a field in your order system that this code could be typed in so you can track orders to mailings and also see which areas produce the most sales.
